ABOUT TAKETA-GRAHAM PROPERTIES, LLC
T-G
Properties was started in 2004 and is
headquartered in Fort Smith, Arkansas.
T-G Properties invests
in residential property in the South Central states
( Arkansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Missouri) and is
presently focusing on the East Oklahoma
region,
including the greater Fort Smith area and the Tulsa
metropolitan area.
The managing members of
T-G Properties are Michael Taketa-Graham
and Bojo Ring. Michael
is the founder and managing member of
T-G Properties. Michael
has been investing in equities for decades, and has
recently turned his attention to real estate.
Michael brings with him a conservative leaning
philosophy creating a diversified portfolio of value
and growth assets.
Bojo Ring, a managing
member of T-G Properties,
has a successful career in commercial property
acquisitions and management. he has a bachelor's
degree in accounting and is pursuing a graduate
degree in taxation.
Paldin Khodabandeh, a Tulsa
resident, is the Executive Vice President. He holds
three Bachelor’s degrees in Finance, Business
Management, and Business Administration and is a
licensed mortgage broker. Paldin has years of
experience in management, investments, marketing,
and advertising. He is also a Professor of
Entrepreneurship at Wright Career College.
Gary Rodgers, also a Tulsa
resident, is the Regional Operations Manager for T-G
Properties and is the owner/operator of Rodger’s
Home Enhancements, a property maintenance company.
Gary has years of experience property management and
maintenance. Gary is, by definition, an entrepreneur
and successful businessperson.
Together,
these four individuals bring a very complimentary
set of skills, expertise, and experience to T-G
Properties, encompassing all facets of the business
operations. Whether the background is business
management and administration, accounting and
taxation, property management and maintenance or
construction and research science, they converge as
a focused, efficient team.
