So many different
obstacles can making buying a home difficult.
Saving enough money for a down payment while
paying rent, or trying to secure a mortgage with
a low paying job or bad credit history to

The good news is that we're not Realtors
selling someone else's homes. We buy and own
homes and many times we are willing to finance
all or part of the purchase ourselves.
We are very creative
when it comes to financing and structuring a
purchase to fit your needs.
If you're truly
interested in buying a home of your own and if
we have a home you like, we can have you in a
home in less than 30 days.
If you have no money
and your credit is very bad, it is unlikely we
will be able to help you. However, if you have
at least fair credit but little or no money…or
if you have some money but have lost your
credit, we want to help you buy a home.
