I have
known Mike for over 10 years. I consider
him not only a good friend but an
important member of my family. I have
never known someone with such a thirst
for knowledge, that he actually drinks
it up. Whether it is academic, physical
or financial knowledge, Mike researches

I am a realtor and when Mike started purchasing
properties in Arkansas, I knew he must
have found something good. I joked once
to him " What, now you want to be Real
Estate Investor in Arkansas?" He laughed
and explained his reasons for purchasing
these single family and multi-unit

Arkansas.
Mike has been very involved in the stock market, and
had realized that Real Property could be
collateralized and had a much better
